We don’t just talk about healing; we walk with you through it. Whether through therapy, housing, or community programs, Him & Her Healed is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal from within. 

We provide individual, family, and group therapy led by licensed and qualified professionals. Our sessions focus on emotional healing, personal growth, and developing tools to navigate life’s challenges. We partner with The Healing Space to ensure therapy is accessible, and we proudly accept insurance. 

Our sober living home provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Each home promotes accountability, stability, and community, giving residents the space and resources needed to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community.

We facilitate therapeutic and empowerment-based groups focused on healing, self-discovery, and growth. Programs like Her Boundaries and Speaking Up for Myself and Others give participants tools to manage stressors, build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships. 

We believe in meeting people where they are. Through our outreach efforts, we connect individuals and families to essential resources, educational workshops, and community programs that promote healing and empowerment.
