Who are we

 Meet Vaneshya! Vaneshya is a therapist who specializes in child and adolescent trauma. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy. She also facilitates group counseling services and oversees the coordination of personalized care plans that support emotional, behavioral, and daily living needs. 

Meet Kim! Kim is our Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, and oversees medication management, ensuring all prescriptions are accurately administered and documented. She provides essential support through regular health monitoring, coordination of medical care, and prompt response to residents’ medical concerns. 

Meet Tanyana! As the People & Organizational Development Lead, Tanyana manages human resources, staff onboarding, and internal operations. She ensures the team is supported, organized, and aligned with the overall mission of the organization.
